TRudock@purissimawater.orgTammy Rudock was appointed General Manager effective April 6, 2026. Ms. Rudock is responsible for managing the PHWD operations with staff during the leadership transition and assisting the Board of Directors in its recruitment for a General Manager. Her professional career spans 32 years dedicated to public service, including water and wastewater operations, public works operations, airports administration, and parks and recreation operations, including open space preservation in California and Louisiana.
Ms. Rudock achieved her Certified Special Manager certification on June 24, 2019, from the Special District Leadership Foundation.
Education: J.D., Concord Law School, Los Angeles, 2005; MBA (Management Specialty), Louisiana Tech University, 1993; B.A. in General Studies (Major in Business Administration), Louisiana Tech University 1990.
