The Purissima Hills Water District (PHWD) Board of Directors is composed of five members elected by customers of the District. The Board of Directors holds its meetings every second Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at the District office, unless otherwise noted.
The Board establishes policy on the district's mission, goals, and operations. It represents the general public in deciding issues related to water supply and conservation. With the authority to adopt ordinances that have the force of law within the district, the board decides which policies should be implemented in light of the district's mission and goals, and monitors the implementation of its policies.
